Yes - this has to be completed during your normal working hours. Learning activity that is directly relevant to the Apprenticeship standard, is teaching new knowledge, skills and behaviours and conducted during your normal working hours is eligible as off the job training - whether it is delivered by Kaplan, work that you do yourself, or delivered by your employer.
Does the 20%/6 hours per week of the off the job training have to be completed in work time?
