An Apprenticeship is a three-way agreement between ‘the learner’ you, ‘the employer’ and us Kaplan. You will be supported by a team at Kaplan and will have a dedicated Talent Coach who will provide regular reviews and guidance if needed.
You will attend Kaplan learning sessions and become part of our community. You should also be fully supported within your role by your manager and work peers. You will have access to a bank of online training resources additionally to help with any self study as needed.
