If you're ordering a course, we'll take full payment when your order is placed.
If you are ordering books only, we’ll charge your card as follows:
If all items are in stock – we'll take payment for the full amount upon despatch of your order.
If any items are out of stock (backorder) - we’ll take payment for only the items that can be despatched, plus the full postage cost. We'll take payment for any outstanding items as they are despatched. You won't be charged again for postage.
